Individual Self Esteem Test
Self esteem tests are a way for you as an individual to determine what your self esteem is. Some of these tests will give you automatic results and others will ask for an e-mail address so the results can be e-mailed to you. Self esteem tests ask a variety of questions pertaining to you and your well being. Also, questions on the tests will be ones of a personal nature wanting to know if you think highly of yourself or not.
Self esteem tests will vary in length. Some tests may be ten questions long whereas others may be 70 to 100 questions. However most of the questions will be similar on all the different varieties of these tests. Most of the answers will include answers that are like a survey asking you whether you agree of certain statements that apply to you as an individual. Also, questions may be formed in a closed end format wanting a yes or no answer and also the possibility of true and false questions.
Example Question
I am afraid of being rejected by my friends. With this statement the answer could be in any of the three formats. Once this question has been answered the next question will pop up on the screen. Some of these types of self esteem tests have all the questions listed at one time instead of having each question come up one at a time.
Self esteem tests sometimes will have answer options that are yes or no and true or false. The question could be the same like the question asked in the agree and disagree questions. However, these questions may change a little in content based on the fact they are from a different source.
If the question is yes or no, or true or false then the scoring may be done by the individual taking the test. These self esteem tests will tell you if so many questions are true or if so many questions are yes give yourself a point. Once you have figured up the points the individual will be able to read what his or her self esteem is based on the questions asked. If the answers are agree or disagree format then the results may be computerized.
When taking self esteem tests an individual must be honest with each question to get the best results. If the answers given are not the truth the tests results will not accurately help one with any self esteem issues they are facing.
